We spent almost all morning at the Owasso Playground. Bella had a blast!!! She helped other little kids, climbed everywhere, and was befriended by a little girl that held her hand and played with her. Bella had a big hug for her when she left. (And we used LOTS of hand sanitizer wipes during and after play time!)
It was so beautiful today that we stayed outside as much as possible. Her little garden is producing tomatoes already..five green tomatoes...she asked if she could eat them and I told her when they turned red we would pick them and eat them. "Dat's amazing!!"... yep..have to agree!
Our day ended with her going out to eat with us which hadn't been how we were going but ALWAYS a welcomed addition!. As I was getting ready for dinner (trying on clothes) she started trying on my clothes and shoes. ("What are you doing?") "Bellya can't find what to wear dinner! Bellya go dinner Grammy Papa!" ("Let me check with Mommy!") "Mommy say yes. Bellya need clothes now! Bellya want food! Come on Papa! We go now please?"
We stopped at her house for a change of clothes..quickest dress choice she has ever made!..and gave hugs to Daddy, waved bye to Mommy and as we drove off she said "Bellya habe food now?" Guess she was hungry!! We stopped for chocolate shakes on our way home..She was so cute trying to suck the thick shake up the straw but she finally got it moving...("Are you getting the shake now?")..thumb up "You got it dude!" LOL. Of course the removal of the straw from the shake created a mess.."OH NO!! Bellya shake make mess! Oh man!!" ... ("No biggie..It will all wash out")...upon arrival at home she declared immediately when she walked into the kitchen "See this?? Bellya shake make mess! See??? Sock dirty!! Mommy clean it??"
Just as we were heading home Danny called..Bella recognized his ringer and hollered "UNCLE DANDAN!!!" She was having a typical Bella conversation with him when we left!!
Have I mentioned lately how totally in love I am with this little munchkin?! ;)
